What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this website we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, company and the details of your project. We also record the page you submitted from, the date and time, and a non-reversible hash of your IP address for security and basic analytics.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider processes it strictly on our behalf (for example, our email host).

Analytics

This website records basic first-party page-view statistics on our own server. If Google Analytics is enabled, it is configured in line with Google's terms; you can opt out using the Google Analytics browser add-on.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it. Write to sunadbroadcast@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for the administrator login. The public website sets no marketing or tracking cookies of its own.
